Our
private 2 bedroom apartment is available for rental from the
owner. Located on the 1st floor of a 3 level complex. The
apartment is is set around beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking
the mountains and a large communal pool. The lounge area has
2 settees, and a dining table, which leads out onto the large
balcony area.

kitchen is fully equipped, with all common utensils together
with a electric oven & hob, large fridge freezer, microwave,
toaster, electric kettle & washing machine. The bathroom
has a bath/shower and toilet. Both bedrooms are elegantly
furnished with ceiling fans in each. A security safe is also
provided. |

For
your leisure time, we have communal Satellite TV, a Video
and DVD player with a selection of family video’s and
a CD/ Cassette player. We have recently added many reading
books to our wide and varied collection. For the younger ones
we have selection of toys and video's.

To
assist you during your stay, we a detailed welcome file, providing
information on all the resorts, beaches, local festivals,
markets, villages and much more. While you are staying in
our apartment, our professional management company is at hand
if required should the need arise. |
For your convenience
we have a hair dryer & steam iron. A large cool box is also
available for use for trips to the pool, beach etc.In the balcony
we have a small Barbecue unit. In
the low season we have blankets & portable Oil heaters if
required.
The apartment is cleaned and prepared by our management company
with fresh bed linen, kitchen & hand towels and bath towels.
